Dr. Omobolaji Mogaji is the Group CEO of Rubellite Beauty Global, a cosmetic scientist, entrepreneur, and business strategist on a mission to transform Africa’s beauty industry. Driven by a passion for beauty and innovation, she founded Rubel l ite Beauty Global to develop high-performance makeup, luxury hair extensions, skincare, and professional beauty essentials designed for the modern African consumer.

Alongside bui lding her business, Dr. Omobolaj i has spent over a decade at MultiChoice Nigeria, leading strategic marketing partnerships and commercial col laborations with renowned brands including MTN, Airtel , Nestlé, Nigerian Breweries, and Diageo. Her career reflects a unique blend of expertise in marketing, business strategy, and brand development. 

She holds dual Master’s degrees in Brand Management and Marketing from Rome Business School and an Honorary Doctorate in Media Studies from Prowess University, Delaware, USA. She is an ELOY Award-winning Innovative Beauty Entrepreneur, one of Nigeria’s Top 35 Under 35 Marketing Professionals, and a recipient of the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award for Excellence and Integrity. 

Beyond creating beauty products, Dr. Omobolaj i is bui lding a platform for growth. Through the Rubel lite Beauty Experience Hub in Victoria Island, Lagos, she is creating a col laborative space where beauty professionals, entrepreneurs, and creators can learn, innovate, connect, and grow.

Her vision is to bui ld global ly respected African beauty brands, empower the next generation of beauty entrepreneurs, and position Africa as a leading force in the global beauty industry.

Evelyn Akande is a certified natural skincare formulator, an alumna of Formula Botanica, and the Founder and Lead Formulator of Kanda Natural Cosmetics.

Founded in 2022, Kanda grew out of Evelyn’s passion for natural skincare and her desire to showcase the remarkable potential of Africa’s indigenous ingredients in modern cosmetics.

Evelyn creates skincare products that are simple, gentle and effective. As a mother of four, she understands that skincare must fit into everyday life—because there is not always time for a complicated 15-step routine.

Through Kanda, Evelyn combines her professional formulation expertise with a deep appreciation for African botanicals. Her work champions thoughtful and effective natural skincare while encouraging more people to discover and embrace the beauty and potential of Africa’s indigenous ingredients.

Ameera Abraham is a trailblazer in the beauty and wellness industry, having founded The Nail Bar, a luxury nail spa and wellness center that has redefined nail care standards in Nigeria. Her innovative vision and pioneering spirit set a new benchmark, driving transformative advancements in the beauty sector.

In 2017, Ameera launched Nigeria's first professional clean beauty nail care brand, Amali Cosmetics, celebrated for its non-toxic product offerings. Her commitment to excellence extends to her role as an educator; she shares her extensive knowledge through "The Full Set," an online course inspired by her memoir, which delves into the complexities of running a successful beauty business.

With over 15 years of experience, Ameera is a certified beauty therapist and aesthetician, holding a BA in Politics and International Relations and a CIBTAC Diploma in Spa Management. Her leadership as Executive Chair & Director of Communications at the Spa and Wellness Association of Africa highlights her dedication to enhancing industry standards.

Ameera is also a pioneering member of the technical committee for the beauty and wellness services committee of the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON), advocating for quality and safety in the industry. Her commitment to education is demonstrated through workshops and masterclasses, where she empowers others to excel.

Dr. Hauwa Onize Badanga is a medical doctor, aesthetic practitioner and co-founder of Sufte Skin, a Nigerian skincare brand created to make effective, quality skincare more accessible to everyday consumers.

With a background in medicine and medical aesthetics, Hauwa brings a clinical and consumer-focused perspective to the beauty industry. Through Sufte Skin, she is passionate about bridging the gap between evidence-informed skincare and products that are practical, accessible and relevant to the realities of African consumers.

Her work sits at the intersection of skincare, consumer education and beauty entrepreneurship, with a particular interest in helping people understand their skin and make better-informed choices about the products they use.

As a founder, Hauwa is especially passionate about building brands that earn customer trust beyond the first purchase—through product efficacy, transparency, education and consistently delivering real value.
