4th Edition of Africa’s Nail Art Competition

All is set for the fourth edition of the much anticipated AFRICA’s NAIL ART COMPETITION proudly organized by Nectar Beauty Academy.

The event aims at developing and appreciating existing talents in the beauty industry.

The maiden edition was held last year in Oct. 2015 . The Africas Nail Art Competition was founded by Beatrice Eneh because of her passion for empowering individuals in the Beauty Industry and over the years over 4000 nail technicians submit entry which gets vetted and presented to set of judges to decide the eventual winner/s. Winners were treated fabulously, empowered to become Enterpreneurs and Educators in the Beauty Industry. This life changing experience is the inspiration to make the 4th edition even Bigger and better!

Top 20 finalist stand the chance to win – A trophy for (1st – 3rd Positions), cash prizes, hampers & lots of other exciting give-aways. As usual top 50 applicants will get free skill acquisition/training.

The event is scheduled at the 2022 Beauty Africa Exhibition, Landmark Center, plot 2 & 3 water corporation road, Victoria Island Lagos, Nigeria from the 29th of November – 1st of December 2022th between 10am to 4pm daily.

Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email on or before the 25th November 2022. All Participants are to bring 2 models for each day. Free training for shortlisted candidates & other invited Nail Technicians will hold as from 1.30 to 2.30pm on the 29th and 30th of November.

Meet the Judges

LANRE DA SILVA AJAYI

Lanre Da Silva Ajayi (LDA) is the founder of eponymous design label. In seventeen years her passion for fashion has gotten stronger making the label a fashion favourite among the media, celebrities and fashion lovers.

LINDA EDOZIEN

Linda Edozien is the founder, MD/CEO of Barazahi Limited. Having successfully completed several courses in skincare and beauty including the London School of Beauty (United Kingdom), Linda was able to raise the necessary capital and create a haven which is one of the most respected Spas in the country.

OLGA SENINA

Olga Senina is a certified international nail specialist from Russia with 14 years of experience in nail grooming. Olga was the 3rd Runner up at the First Edition of African Nail Competition organized by Beatrice Eneh in 2015 and has since then impacted the Nail industry by Training a lot of Nigerians in Lagos.

DAYO SAMUEL

Dayo Samuel is one of Nigerian Best Artistic Nail Technician who has shown distinct talent and has trained a lot of Nail technicians who are now Enterpreneurs . He is the CEO of DayoSamuels Nails Located in Lekki Phase 1 , Lagos , Nigeria. He is well known for His Design and Flawless skills in Extremely long Nail Extensions and very passionate about the Nail Industry.

OLGA KOTOVA

Olga Kotova is an international certified specialist with over 7 years experience in the beauty industry. She Participated in international competitions in Ukraine and Belarus and has been a previous Judge in the past Editions of Africa Nail Art Competition.

OLUTAYO ADEBOWALE ODEYEMI

Olutayo Adebowale Odeyemi is an indigene of Osun state and has been in the nail industry for 7years. He is the most recent winner of the west African nail art competition and is returning this year as a Judge to handover the baton to the anticipated winner in the 2022 Edition of the West African Nail Art Competition.

BEATRICE ENEH

Beatrice N. Eneh is an Entrepreneur with global experience working with Multinationals across multiple industries. Beatrice N. Eneh holds an MEng from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA), an MBA from Lancaster University Management School (UK). She has founded many companies and Seats on Various Boards.
